We pride ourselves in only selling the best of all products. All of our products are brand new with all of their tags. Some come in bags from the manufacturer, but if not, we provide the bag for added protection! All of our items are hand inspected before shipment to make sure the quality is at the highest of standards, because you deserve the best!
All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days from the time the payment is received, not from the time of the order. Every order comes with USPS tracking, as well as a free gift with every purchase! Please refer to the “Important Information” page regarding shipping delays during the current situation.
Refund Policy/PayPal Authorizations: Due to processing errors, we are unable to keep PayPal Authorizations open more than 30 days from the date of the initial order. PayPal will not reopen authorizations past this time. Because of this, we will no longer be holding authorizations until the order is ready to be processed. The authorization will not be processed on the date of order, but it will be processed within 30 days. Please do not be alarmed. Your order status will not change until the order is shipped and you will still be eligible for a full refund if the item has not and the order is still in “Processing”.
If the item has been sent out and the order is fulfilled in its entirety, you are eligible to request a refund, but it is not guaranteed. While in almost all situations, a simple return of the item will work just fine, we will not be authorizing a refund for the return of a damaged item (excluding kitchen and home items as these can sometimes be damaged in shipment). If a return is accepted, and the item is not returned in the condition it was shipped in (bag excluded if it was damaged or thrown), your refund will be cancelled and you will be ineligible to request a new refund for that order.
All returns/refunds must be requested within 21 days (3 weeks) of the DELIVERY date, not the order date, as some items cannot be shipped immediately due to pre-order, backorder, or jumbo item status (Please see the “Important Information” page for information about these specific statuses)
